Your Next Chapter: A Midlife Course for Accomplished Women
You’ve achieved so much of what you set out to achieve. Now a deeper question is calling.
Your Next Chapter is an eight-week course that takes you below the surface of your midlife questions — to find what’s next when another goal, promotion, or achievement isn’t the answer.
The work of midlife isn't planning. It's excavating.
Instead of pushing through exhaustion, setting another goal, or waiting for clarity to arrive, you slow down long enough to see the full arc of your story — the patterns, turning points, and parts of yourself left behind on the way to success.
You stop performing and start excavating. What you find there — your unlived life, unexpressed emotions, and unused gifts — becomes the foundation for what comes next.
You're in the right place if:
Success arrived, but fulfillment didn’t quite follow.
You can feel something calling you forward, but you can’t yet name what it is.
You’re tired in a way no vacation, retreat, or sabbatical seems to fix.
You’ve lost touch with what actually feeds you versus what you’ve simply become good at doing.
Somewhere on the road to success, parts of you — creative, playful, bold, still — got left behind.
You’re done waiting for clarity to arrive on its own. You’re ready to go deeper and find it.
If you want a next chapter that’s truly yours, the answers may be in what you left behind.
Therapy, coaching, and strategic planning can all be valuable. But Your Next Chapter works with something different: your unlived life — the paths not taken, the parts of yourself set aside in pursuit of achievement, and the dreams that quietly got shelved along the way. These essential parts of you don't disappear. They wait. The eight weeks are designed for exactly this recovery work:
Eight live sessions with Kerry Ann Rockquemore, PhD. We meet weekly as a full cohort. Each session builds on the last, moving you through a structured process of looking back, looking beneath, and looking forward — at a pace designed for depth, not speed.
Recordings of every session. Life happens. If you miss a week, the recording is waiting — so you can stay with the cohort without rearranging your entire life around it.
A private online community. A space to process between sessions with people doing the same work at the same time. What surfaces during the week often matters as much as what happens in the sessions.
Optional small groups. Weekly meetings with a few fellow travelers for support, accountability, and honest conversation. Many participants say this is where the course comes to life.
Eight weeks. Three phases. One profound shift.
-

Look Back
Map the full arc of your story — the milestones, turning points, and guiding narratives that shaped who you became. See patterns you couldn’t recognize from inside them.
-

Look Beneath
Explore the unlived life — the paths not taken, the parts of yourself set aside in pursuit of achievement, and the inner wisdom beneath analytical thought.
-

Look Forward
Use visualization and non-analytical methods to imagine what’s possible for your next chapter. Then integrate what you’ve uncovered and choose a powerful direction forward.
I'm Kerry Ann Rockquemore, PhD — a certified Jungian coach specializing in midlife transition.
During my own midlife transition, I tried therapy, retreats, coaching, and graduate certifications — including advanced training at Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Each offered something valuable, but none held the full depth of what I needed: a structured process, a defined timeframe, and a community of women asking the same profound questions. That combination didn't exist.
So I built what I couldn't find. Since then, I've guided over 125 women through Your Next Chapter — in small, intentional cohorts, once a year.

Frequently asked questions
-
All sessions are recorded and available to watch afterward. That said, we strongly encourage you to attend live whenever possible. The real-time experience of reflecting alongside your cohort — and being witnessed in that process — is something a recording can’t fully replicate. Many participants describe the live sessions as the heart of the course.
-
Your Next Chapter is a facilitated group course, not one-on-one coaching. Kerry Ann guides the full cohort through a structured eight-week process, with community connection and optional small groups offering additional layers of support. This is not individualized coaching — but many participants find the group dynamic helps them access clarity they never reached alone.
-
Plan for approximately three hours per week: the live session, plus time for reflection, journaling, and community engagement. This is not a homework-heavy course, but it does ask you to unplug from social media and create protected space for yourself — which, for many participants, is the most important and challenging part.
-
Many participants are deeply self-aware women who have already done therapy, coaching, and personal growth work. They consistently say this process takes them somewhere new. The methodology draws on visualization, imagery, life review, and inner wisdom in ways that complement — but do not duplicate — traditional talk therapy or coaching.

Yes. Past participants have used professional development, leadership, or continuing education funds to cover tuition. We’re happy to provide documentation, invoices, or program descriptions to support your request. We encourage you to explore whether your institution has funds available for this kind of professional and personal development.
