Midlife Coaching, Courses and Community for Women
The Center for Midlife Success offers midlife coaching for women, plus courses and community for high-achievers ready to figure out what comes next — on your own terms. No generic assessments. No tips, tricks, or hacks. No pressure to reinvent overnight. Just structured support for exploring who you're becoming, what you truly want, and what success means now.
You haven't lost your way. You've outgrown the map.
Most midlife support starts with the surface question: What should I do next? But for accomplished women, the deeper question is often: Who am I becoming, and what kind of life can hold that person?
Our courses, membership, and coaching help you slow down, listen inward, and move toward a next chapter shaped by clarity, courage, and your own inner knowing.
Find the right place to begin.
Each offering meets you at a different stage of the midlife journey — from first clarity, to steady integration, to deeper transformation.

This is for you if:
You’re a high-achieving professor, physician, lawyer, executive, founder, or leader — and you’ve quietly started wondering if there’s more to life than achievement.
You’re navigating midlife transitions: perimenopause, menopause, empty nest, divorce, elder care, early retirement, career change, or the unsettling sense that the life you built no longer fits.
You’re in perimenopause or menopause and finding that the physical changes are accompanied by something deeper — a shift in what matters, what doesn’t, and what you’re no longer willing to ignore.
You sense you may be in a midlife awakening — not a crisis exactly, but a deep inner shift that is asking you to slow down, listen inward, and tell the truth about what you want now.
You’re somewhere between 40 and 65, accomplished by external metrics, but privately sensing that something within you wants to be expressed.
You’ve tried therapy, coaching, journaling, or self-help and found them valuable — but you’re looking for a structured process that goes deeper into identity, desire, purpose, and takes you somewhere new.
Most midlife coaching for women treats the symptoms. We go to the source.
Much of midlife coaching for women focuses on the immediate questions: Should I change careers? How do I manage burnout? How do I navigate an empty nest, divorce, perimenopause, or the restless sense that my life no longer fits? Those questions matter.
But our work starts beneath them — with who you are now, what you left behind in the pursuit of success, and what your soul has been trying to express.
Drawing on depth psychology, structured reflection, and the power of a generous community of peers, we help you move below the surface of your midlife questions and toward a life that feels more fully your own.
You’re not here to optimize a life that no longer fits. You’re here to recover what has been waiting beneath it.
A different kind of midlife coaching for women.
-

Slow by Design
Most midlife programs rush you toward answers. This work asks you to slow down, sit with what emerges, and let clarity arrive from a deeper place.
-

The Group Matters
You could do this work alone. But in a community of thoughtful women navigating midlife alongside you, stories become mirrors, insights open possibilities, and the work goes deeper than it can in isolation.
-

The Answers Aren’t Outside You
You don’t need an expert to tell you who to become. You need a structured process to hear what you already know beneath the noise of achievement, responsibility, and expectation.

Frequently asked questions
-
A midlife coach is a guide who helps women navigate the psychological, emotional, and identity shifts that arrive in midlife — typically between 40 and 65. Unlike therapy, which focuses on healing the past, or career coaching, which focuses on professional strategy, midlife transition coaching addresses the deeper question underneath both: who am I becoming, and what does my next chapter actually require of me?
-
Private coaching with Kerry Ann is available exclusively to Your Next Chapter alumni. This is a deliberate choice — the group process and structured methodology of Your Next Chapter creates the foundation that makes one-on-one work genuinely transformative rather than simply supportive. If private midlife coaching is what you're ultimately looking for, Your Next Chapter is where that journey begins.
-
If you are new to this work, start with The Clarity Retreat. It is the natural entry point: a self-paced process to help you reflect on where you have been, clarify what you want, and create a life vision. If you already have clarity and want support bringing it to life, the Annual Membership may be the right next step. If you are ready for deeper identity work, explore Your Next Chapter.
-
It depends on which offering you choose. The Clarity Retreat is self-paced — most people complete it over one to two weeks, with approximately six to eight hours total. Your Next Chapter runs for eight weeks with approximately three hours per week including the live sessions and reflection time. The Annual Membership is designed to flex with your life — some weeks you'll show up for everything, other weeks you'll simply check in briefly. All of our offerings are designed for accomplished women with full lives — not for people with unlimited time.

Women come to this work through many different doorways: career change, perimenopause, menopause, empty nest, divorce, elder care, early retirement, burnout, or a midlife awakening they can’t quite name yet. The external circumstances vary, but the deeper question is often the same: Who am I now, and what wants to change?
